Full Tilt Can Kiss My Ass

few days ago Georgie chopped the $24 razz mtt on tilt for $604.every time me or G cash wether it is stars or tilt we transfer each other half the winnings.pokerstars this has never been a problem and even on tilt only last week she transferred me $90 from a cash she made, however when she transferred me $290 of the razz cash it was declined and told to email cashier @ tilt which she did

hi,i received this email after trying to send my husband half of my winnings from a razz MTT i cashed last night.please can you clarify what the issue is?

we then waited 24 hrs with no reply from them before firing another email off this time wrote by me

hi,i email after my wife received an automated msg that a representitive will be in contact with her shortly regarding this.it has been 24 hrs and she has had no reply from anybody.i am a little dissapointed in this as both my wife and i also play at pokerstars and have never had this problem when transferring each other half of our winnings.i am currently in the process of trying to clear a $100 bonus promotion you have running at the moment which means i have just been playing on full tilt as opposed to pokerstars.i find it kind of amusing nobody has yet contacted us regarding her question as to why the player transfer between my wife and i was declined so it can be sorted and in truth a little dissapointed at the fact there has been no issue before when transferring each other money, but as soon as one of us wins a substantial amount this happens.please can someone clarify why this transfer has been declined and what we need to do to stop this happening again, many thanks
scott

then i just received this email

so georgie account been banned under the assumption i am multiaccounting even tho i emailed them 1st basically to say if they need proof or watever let us know, but no they just go on and close the ****in account, retarded.also cant believe they accuse me of multiaccounting but on other hand then say but its possible to transfer winnings to other account, how ****ed up is that ffs

just emailed the mofo`s again

hi,thank you for getting back to me.firstly im rather upset i have been accused of multiaccounting, both of us play on pokerstars where this has never been an issue.obviously we both play from same IP address as we are a married couple.we are both admin of an online poker forum called isuitedpoker where people know and have met us both and we also actively protest against multiaccounting not allowing people to join who we believe have more than one account.we are pretty devasted to be accused of this when a simple email asking for proof of ID before taking the action you decided to take.seems very heavy handed WE ARE NOT 1 PERSON.we are a married couple.with regards to transferring the money to the other account i guess i have no choice but i would like you to reconsider your decision to reinstate the georgie1976 account or at least set up another 1 with it on record we are husband and wife.if this is not resolved i would like to cash out as i have somewhat lost faith in full tilt after this

propa fumin here, just emailed them again!

hi,i forgot to add,if you check our personal information you will see we both stated we live at the same address.would a multiaccounter be so thick to make that mistake?also perhaps you could have checked our H/H as our style of play is completely different

well its been 6 hrs and not even a courtesy email back from tilt so we have sent another email

hi,can a senior member of support get back to me on this please.it has been 6 hours since i sent my last 2 emails which i feel i have been polite given the circumstances.we both have no problem with regards to your policy regarding multiaccounting on your site and feel its great your clamping down on this but couldnt the georgie account have been frozen and asked us to verify with ID before closing?if it is possible to reinstate the georgie account we would like the original request of $290 transferred to the chasingcards76 account.if this is not possible then obviously we would like the full balance in the georgie1976 account transferred to the primary account chasingcards76.i just dont understand how you automatically jump to the conclusion that it is 1 person playing both accounts, when we both stated in our personal information that we reside at same address and if security were to look at our hand historys they would have no doubt as we play so differently.we look forward to your speedy response! many thanks GEORGINA and SCOTT

well thats was the 3rd email sent to them 12 hrs ago and still no ****in reply! i googled this sort of thing with tilt and seems there is a load of similar cases like this, here is 1 i found

How come my brothers account gets shut down and his money gets taken by full tilt? Recently my brother opened his own account due to fact he'd been doing well on the site he wanted to CASH out. So he tried to cash out under my account. Due to the fact his personal info doesnt match mine (obviously)he had to start his own account. So he opens an Account he then proceeds to send FULL TILT POKER his personal info like they had requested. So he scans his ID and BANK STATEMENT like he was asked and emails them to FULL TILT. DONE. Everythings fine. Then he tries to cash out. UH OH...not so fast... The check gets declined because its said he has mutiple accounts. They say my account is his. We do have the same last name since we're brother and sister but I assure you we are two totally diferent people. If FULL TILT had looked into this instead of just shuting down his account and taking his winnings they would of relised their MISTAKE. We have a joint email account not a joint poker account. All of our personal info on our accounts is different. So we both email them NUMEROUS times to tell them of there error. Its now day2 and not one response from anyone at all. Not one email to say they are looking into the matter. I loved FullTilt I was on it almost once a day for the past 3 months. Im just so frustrated with their lack of help and the Fact that I dont know where my brothers money is. Also thers NO WAY TO CONTACT THEM NO 1 800 NUMBER OR 1 888 number no nothing just and email address which THEY DONT RESPOND to! NOT EVEN IF YOU WRITE THEM 10-20 emails. Im just so mad All iwanted was to be treated like a normal customer not a piece of crap. Like i said before its now day two of the MISTAKE. My brother is out$700 and all his FULL TILT points, because we share an email address.!!!! WHAT IS GOING ON OVER THERE AT FULLTILT POKER!!! You would think aproblemthis small and easy to fix would have been rectified by now but NO! No such luck! I didnt know what esle to do so thats why Im putting it up here hoping someone will see it and help me out. So until then I guess im going to play at POKERSTARS where the actually have 24/7 help unlike FULL TILT.

nothing but bad stories about fulltilt support

ffs im fuming with their lack of support regardin this! another email sent this time to security@fulltiltpoker.com

hi security,i forward these emails to you,as i have had no reply from support to my previous 3 emails in the past 17 hrs and ultimately as you are security it must have been your decision to close the georgie1976 account for multiaccounting.we both play on pokerstars where we have always transferred each other half of any winnings we win in any game.we have never had a problem with this at all!security there once asked us to scan id to them which we did and everything was fine.as security could you not have checked H/H to see we play differently,or at the least email to verify accounts asking for ID and perhaps just frozen the account until ID was provided?we both stated in our personal information we reside at same address as we are married, yet we are being treated like criminals for defrauding your site and breaking rules.im trying to be polite as possible as i realise you guys must get a fair bit of negative mail and cant be much fun dealing with it,but how many times do we need to email before we get a response from anybody regarding this?Full tilt advertises 24/7 support yet we are receiving none at all in this matter, many thanks scott and georgina

swift response from fulltilt security
